Superb Hotel Stay!

The hotel location is amazing , directly on the beach. The pool area includes a nice blend of water features, fountains, and inviting seating areas. The hotel interior is tastefully decorated , with graceful details and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff offered really good service , and they were always ready to solve any issue.

The gym size is small , so it was overcrowded at peak hours, requiring a wait for equipment.

i liked the hotel room's good size and nice view of the palm jumeirah. the resort is in one of the best locations, at the top of palm jumeirah! it takes only 20 to 30 minutes to downtown depending on traffic. the check-in and check-out were fast.

the jetty guy sat with his legs up, offering as little help as possible! it was a disappointing first impression.

i found the room spacious. the bathroom was clean and had a rainfall shower. i liked the nespresso machine, since i am a coffee lover.

the spa facilities were chargeable, which i did not expect. the laguna taverna closed for the summer with no warning. the bar part is not open to children, so we could not go there at all.
